Vintage: circa 1960’s
Details: This is a very nice beer stein that features an old German style design with embossed figures, hand painted and glazed. This mug features two bearded gentleman drinking, using a barrel as table. The back features a log cabin in the woods, surrounded by pine trees. The colors are muted, mostly browns, beige, blue and green. The bottom is embossed: “JAPAN”. These mugs are highly collectible! Excellent gift for a beer mug collector, or as bar decor. They look great when collected and displayed as a grouping.
Material: Ceramic
Dimensions: 4 7/8 inches Tall. Top opening is 2 3/8 inches in Diameter. The bottom is 3 1/8 inches in Diameter. It is 4 3/8 inches Wide including the handle.
Condition: Vintage -Used. Excellent Condition. There are no chips, cracks or stains. There’s a darker spot on the handle that is rough to the touch but this appears to be an unglazed section, not damage.
