Handbuilt Terra Cotta Sacred Heart Mug

This is a  gorgeous handbuilt ceramic mug by Kathy Cano-Murillo. It is made from red clay and features a sacred heart on the front. The base is embossed with a skull pattern. The inside is drak green with tiny white speckles.

It started as a slab of clay, then sculpted, fired, glazed and then fired again.
